Our Story

Born from a Passion for Better Care

24/7 NurseCare was founded with a clear purpose: to provide NDIS participants with the kind of care that truly makes a difference — care that is skilled, compassionate, and available whenever it's needed.

Our founder, Rowena, is a registered nurse who spent years working across hospitals, community health, and disability services. She saw firsthand how difficult it was for participants and families to find a provider who combined genuine clinical expertise with real warmth and flexibility. So she built one.

Today, 24/7 NurseCare supports NDIS participants across the Northern Rivers region of NSW — including Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, and surrounding areas. Our team includes registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and experienced support workers — all united by the same commitment to excellence and person-centred care.

We are proud to be a small, dedicated team. That means every participant gets to know their support workers, every family has a direct line to someone who knows their loved one, and every care plan is built with genuine attention to the individual.

What Drives Us

Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To deliver exceptional, person-centred NDIS support that empowers participants to live independently, participate fully in their communities, and achieve the goals that matter most to them — with qualified, compassionate care available around the clock.

Our Vision

A world where every person with a disability has access to high-quality, reliable support that truly fits their life. We envision a community where inclusion is the norm, independence is celebrated, and every individual is valued for who they are.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

These aren't just words on a wall. They guide every decision we make, every support plan we write, and every interaction we have with participants and families.

Compassion

We genuinely care about the people we support. Every interaction is guided by warmth, empathy, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest standards — in clinical practice, in communication, and in the everyday moments that make a real difference to someone's life.

Integrity

We are honest, transparent, and accountable. Participants and families can trust us to do what we say, when we say it.

Respect

We honour every person's choices, dignity, culture, and individuality. Your voice matters — and we make sure you feel heard.

Inclusion

We believe every person deserves to be an active, valued member of their community. We work hard to break down barriers and open doors.

Person-Centred

Your goals, your preferences, your life. We build our supports around you — not the other way around.
